Bonne Bouche

You can now gorge on warm bubble waffles and ice cream at the market every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

Bonne Bouche has attended a number of events here in recent years and has now decided to move into one of our wooden units to make its tasty offerings available to more people more often!

Yvette and her team sell waffles filled with seven flavours of delicious ice cream from Crosses Ice Cream, based in Burlescombe.

You can try strawberry, raspberry Eton mess, choccy choc chip, mint choc chip, Biscoff, honeycomb and cookies and cream, along with a range of toppings.

If you can't find room for a waffle, you can have scoops of ice cream in a tub.

Soft drinks are also available.

A dairy-free vegan ice cream is due to arrive shortly along with milkshakes and two flavours of slush – red strawberry and blue raspberry.

Local fruit will form part of the toppings as summer gets closer.

We may even see Margaux, Yvette's 70-year-old Citroen HY van, from time to time!

Bonne Bouche accepts cash and card payments and runs a loyalty scheme where every tenth waffle is free.
